Harvest Box - Weekly Purchase
Each week you can purchase a box of fresh, in-season vegetables and fruits harvested from our farm. The weekly box contains $30 of fresh produce. This is not a subscription and if you want to purchase a box for multiple weeks, you will have to order a new box each week - or, consider the full 15-week subscription! To reserve your box for this weekend, you must order by FRIDAY! Pick-up is at our farm store on Sundays from 9am-1pm.
What’s in the Box?
Each box contains a selection of vegetables suited for a household of 2-4 people. The contents change throughout the season based on what is ready for harvest. Early boxes typically feature cool-weather crops, while summer and fall boxes include a wider range of produce.
Here’s an example of what might be included:
Early Season (June - July): Lettuce, strawberries, beets, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, herbs.
Mid-Season (July - August): Tomatoes, peppers, raspberries, cucumbers, zucchini, green beans, sweet corn.
Late Season (August - September): Potatoes, garlic, onions, winter squash, melons, carrots, brussel sprouts.
Some weeks may also include backup options if a crop is unavailable. For example, if a planned item underperforms, we may substitute with another available item. Boxes are assembled based on what is harvest-ready, so while we plan for a diverse mix, selections will vary from week to week.
